Credit Policy for Early Registration
>To secure a spot, $200 must accompany this form or be mailed in with the printable version.
>In the event of an injury or other conflict where the student is unable to attend, a credit for $200 will be issued for use by the player named on the application or any immediate family member.

> The schedule will be released around December 1, 2008. SoccerPlus Camps will contact you at that point and will assist you in finding a camp date/location that will suit your needs.
> Early registration can be used for SoccerPlus Goalkeeper School, SoccerPlus FieldPlayer Academy or SoccerPlus Day Academy Programs.
